Emotional Intelligence

by Eric Vanlanduyt & Xavier Denoël

Every day, millions of euros are squandered by companies in international trade as a result of bad decisions, interpersonal conflicts, lost sales and clients… arising from the inappropriate management of emotional reactions.

Situations related to exporting and interculturalism demand even better control over behaviours generated by emotional habits.

This session will enable participants to identify their own emotional strengths and weaknesses and provide them with practical management tools to move progressively towards « emotional efficacy ».
